Meet Rev. Dr. Charles Ugo
Rev. Dr. Charles Ugo
Roman Catholic Priest and United States Air Force Officer
About
I’m Rev. Dr. Charles Ugo, a Roman Catholic priest ordained for the Diocese of Altoona-Johnstown, Pennsylvani, USA. I’m also an officer in the United States Air Force and currently serving in the great state of Texas.
I was born and raised in Mbaise, Imo State, received my elementary and high school (Secondary School) educations there. Upon graduating from high school, I received my B. Phil from Pontifical Urban University Rome, and B.A from University of Port Harcourt, Nigeria.
I emigrated to the United States after my graduation in 2001. A year after my arrival, I discerned furtherance of my vocation to the priesthood and was accepted to study for my diocese.
I went ahead and received my M.A and M. Div from St. Vincent Seminary/College in Latrobe Pennsylvania 2005 and 2006 respectively. Thereafter, I was ordained a priest on 3 June 2006. In my effort in self-improvement, I received another M.A in Organizational Systems in 2013, and in 2019, I got my doctorate in Human Development and Leadership.
My dream is to teach in the University someday after I retire from military service.
