Meet Isi Oteze

Firmly believes that small businesses play a pivotal role in today’s economy. In the last 25 years, small businesses have been responsible for nearly 13 million net new jobs in the US, accounting for 2/3rd of new jobs added to the economy in that time period.

However, she often encounters small business leaders who feel isolated and stuck because they no longer see the possibilities and have lost faith in their business's true potential.

Her expertise lies in guiding her clients to gain clarity on their goals, particularly the true potential for their business, and mapping out a plan to achieve them.

She leverages innovative frameworks such as design thinking in her practice while providing the necessary support and accountability through leadership coaching, masterminds, and group coaching.

She brings experience in leading successful cross-functional teams, implementing global strategic initiatives, managing change, shaping organizational culture, and fostering employee engagement.

A graduate of the University of Benin, she holds a Master's Certificate in Project Management from Boston University Metropolitan College and is PMP certified.

She enjoys reading, exercising, traveling, contributing to her community, and connecting with family, friends, and her faith community.
