Meet Joe and Kim Ball

Kim was born in Anchorage, Alaska August 23, 1971.  Having three brothers, she is the eldest of four. Her parents, Ed and Pat, moved down to Oregon, where Pat is from, when Kim was two years old.

Kim grew up twenty miles east of Portland, near the base of Mount Hood. Kim holds several degrees and has been an educator for nearly thirty years. Her life has been dedicated to children.

Joe was born in Medford, Oregon in November 18, 1964.  He grew up in a rural area outside of town. He moved to northern Oregon in 1998 after meeting Kim. They were married in 2001.

He holds a degree in television production he earned after moving north and worked in the industry for ten years. He and Kim plan on retiring from the school district they work for in a couple of years. After retirement they want to travel.
